DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver by courier company to Dubai only.
Delivery fee:
Delivery to Dubai is 30 AED or free for orders above 400 AED.
Delivery frame:
We deliver from 10:00 to 20:00. If you have some special timing for your orders – please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request, but can’t garant it.
Next day delivery:
We accept orders for the next day delivery and later. We don’t do same-day delivery for orders via webshop.
Same day delivery:
We don’t do same day delivery usually, but it may be possible for Dubai. Contact us via What’sApp +971 58 5229 088 and we will try to do our best for same day delivery (cut off time 2 pm)!
If No One is Home:
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in front of the door of recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a concierge or security. Redeliveries are sometimes necessary if the driver believes the flowers or gift would be damaged or lost by leaving them, or security/concierge declined to keep them. In this case redelivery will be subject of additional delivery fee.
Boho Rose has a right to call recipients in advance to double check delivery address
If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Incorrect Addresses:
If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is additional fee 50 AED for redelivery. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer/recipient. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
Third part companies:
For deliveries to large business organizations, banks, hospitals, universities etc, our driver will try to deliver directly to the recipient, but this is not guaranteed. In some cases, it may be a necessary to leave flowers at the reception. After the delivery, it is their responsibility to ensure that the flowers are received by the recipient.
Peak season:
During peak season, our online shop may be at full handling capacity. In this case, we may require at least 3 days in advance to proceed your order and ensure a prompt arrival of the gift.
